Should you be worried of losing your programming, you can remove the SD card.
In order to remove the SD card:
- Ensure the power to the unit is off, and it is unplugged.
- Unlatch the back of the unit and remove the cover to expose the battery.
- Remove the battery to expose the micro SD card.
- On the micro SD slot, there is some text stating the direction to push the SD card door. DO NOT pull up on the SD card while it is in the locked position.
- After unlocking the cover, it should spring up to present the exposed end of the SD card. Now you can pull on this exposed end without too much force to remove the SD card.
-Lock the SD card door back in place by pushing it back down flat and pushing it to the locked position (left).
