Step 8. After you press “Register”, you will be brought to your registered products page.

Registering ESN for key purchases:
You should now see your device listed. If you are intending to purchase scanner keys for your device, you'll need to enter the ESN first. If you click on the line stating "ESN Needed to Purchase _____ key" you'll be brought to a new line to enter this information.

Step 9. To find your ESN you can find this in the menu under "Settings" followed by "See Scanner Information" and then "Firmware Version". You'll be asked to enter the ESN and the CheckSum as shown below

As an example, I want to apply my ESN for my BCD325P2 scanner which after going into the system information it shows me "SN37902028002627" and "Sum=0E4", and it asks me to provide the ESN and Check sum. Since the first three digits are already input for us, I'll put "02028002627" for the first box (this is the ESN), followed by "0E4" for the second line (this is the check sum).

Note: If you are using a location-based scanner such as the BCD436HP, BCD536HP or the SDS line of scanners, the ESN and checksum will be displayed differently than described above when looking in the system information. As a comparison (using the same numbers) will be displayed as "SN:37902028002627-0E4"

Once you've verified your information is entered correctly, press "Update", where you will be brought back to your registered products page that should now say "Purchase ______ key" where it used to say, "ESN Needed to Purchase _____ key".
