A. The Uniden ProHD application is no longer used for iOS 10 and version of Android Nougat.

Q. UGuard application is not showing video feed.
A. If you are using Uniden Guardian UDR series wireless video security system UDR777HD or UDR780HD and are having issues getting the mobile application to view when outside your home / business network or when not using WIFI, please see the following bandwidth requirements and suggested fixes.
1. Due to 1080p resolution needs, the monitor to router connection requires minimum 4Mb/s upload capability. This means that your home / business upload speed may not be sufficient to broadcast the 1080p resolution.
2. Ensure you have ample upload bandwidth in your internet connection. Depending on what other devices you have connected, these devices could also be using upload bandwidth.
3. Set the resolution to LOW in the application ONLY. This does not set the recording resolution to low, but only the sub stream viewing to your mobile device.
• In the application, click the Edit icon > Advanced Setting > Video Quality > Set to Medium or Low
